What type of retreat doesnt have a Spa?
Our staff offer the following services for your pampered pet.
DOGS
- Hydrobaths - Particularly good for that trip home in the car after a stay at the kennels
- Clipping and Brushing
- Nail Clipping
- Ear Cleaning
CATS
- Brushing - at requested intervals
- Shampoo and wash
- Furball /matting removal
We use natural ingredient shampoos and conditioning products and have a range of specialised shampoos for sensitive, puppy and flea treatments.

| A Bath and Towel Dry |
Warm Water Hydrobath, (small dogs bathed in sink) with shampoo and conditioner formulated for the needs of pets skin and coat then a towel dry. | ||||

Warm water Hydrobath with shampoo and conditioner, high speed blow dry, nails clipped, ears cleaned, coat brush and a treat. | ||||
| C Bath, Blow Dry and Tidy |
B plus with thinning of undercoat / knot/matting,removal, clipping of delicate areas around genitals, groin, around bottom, paw pads); trim up of the face, ears and feet. | ||||

# Extended Service Time Surcharge - $15 per 15 minutes increments over the allocated time.
This will be capped at 30 minutes unless approved by customer
Applies if it takes longer than normal to provide the service requested.
Most often, it will apply if a dog’s coat length is excessive or matted or very curly or if the undercoat is excessive and needs stripping out
It also applies if the animal needs to be held by an assistant, or is uncooperative or challenging on the grooming table.
Conditions of Provision of the Grooming Services
Please Note:
Grooming entails some exposure to noise from the hydrobath and the blow dryer, air under pressure across the body and face and standing in a bath of water. You must inform us of any aggression, stress, fears or nervousness related to grooming activities that is known about your dog or particular parts of your dog that are sensitive.
If we accept your dog for a booking and once in the grooming salon the animal is aggressive or very stressed and needs to be muzzled we will not undertake the service and there will be a termination fee charged of 50% of the grooming fee.
