Please check your vaccination card as we will not accept you're pet if you have no proof of vaccination. It is given every 12 months. C4 or C5 for dogs or F3 cats.

We Suggest you carry a copy of the Vaccination card on you or in the car at all times. (A Photo copy).

To secure any bookings we require a 50% deposit to be transferred through direct deposit with the balance due upon arrival of your pet or before. From 22nd December until the 16th of January a minimum of 7 days booking is required, with 50% deposit to secure.

50% of the deposit refundable until two weeks before booked date, except Christmas where we require four weeks notice. Within the two or four weeks no refund will be given unless accompanied with a doctors certificate.

The rate is per day, not a night rate like a motel, eg in Friday after 1.00 PM out by Sunday 11Am is 3 days not two nights.

Deposit can be made by direct deposit or cash.
Booking will be confirmed once money has been banked.

A fee of $5.00 per Pet applies to Public Holidays and for the Christmas New Year Period 24,25,26,31 Dec and 1 January and Easter Maundy Thursday to Easter Tuesday.
